Do you deliver?
No, collection and installation only from workshop in Newhaven, East Sussex.
Is the Sunbox Pod removable?
It is removable but is not a unit to be taken in and out of your vehicle on a regular basis. It is designed more for long term use.
Do you sell pop-top roofs and other fitting services, without the Sunbox Pod?
We do not offer these as standalone services currently. Only to customers who have previously bought a Sunbox Pod from us and are upgrading their campervan.
What is the fitting time?
The fitting time for a base unit alone is a couple of hours. If you order other fitting elements, for example, lining, flooring, windows and a pop-top roof, we may need your van for around 2-5 working days.
What is the wait time from the point of order?
This depends on what you order. We endeavour to supply your products and services as quickly as possible. If you just want the base unit, ideally this will be around two weeks. If you are having other fitting elements, the wait will likely be longer as we may have to order parts from other suppliers.
Do you take requests for additional customisation?
No, but we have a full campervan conversion service over on www.sunboxcampers.co.uk.
